Can I upgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your  subscription plan to Supremo Tax Enterprise by paying the price difference.

What can I white label?

Enterprise accounts can add their own logo to Client Portal on the mobile App.

Can I keep using Supremo Tax after my plan has expired?

Unfortunately not! You need to renew your subscription plan to continue using the Supremo Tax 1040. Obviously, you still have access to prior year program and database of your clients and tax refund access you’ve already file when your plan was active and will keep working correctly.

Can I cancel my yearly (Supremo Tax 1040) subscription?

We do our best to have happy and loyal users, so we hope you won’t need to cancel. However you can at any time cancel your yearly plan by accessing «My Account» section on our site and disable the yearly recurring payment.

Can I ask for a refund?

Due to the nature of digital goods, we can’t issue refund. Once you subscribe to a plan, you can cancel anytime (we hope you won't) but no refunds are allowed”.
